You should read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website (the Site). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. General
The Irish Banking Culture Board establishment office is an initiative of the banking industry and funded by the five retail banks in Ireland (Allied Irish Bank, Bank of Ireland, KBC Bank, PTSB and Ulster Bank). The Board will be an independent entity led by an independent, non-banking Chairperson. The purpose, structure and initial terms of reference (ways of working) of the Board will be shaped by a comprehensive consultation, involving banking and non-banking stakeholders and including the general public.

Availability and conditions of use
The Site is made available to you by us. While we make every effort to ensure that the Site is available, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee in any way the Site’s continued availability at all times or uninterrupted use by you of the Site. We reserve the right to suspend or cease the operation of the Site from time to time at our sole discretion.

As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree:
– not to use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law or prohibited by these terms and conditions;
– not to submit to the Site any comments, ideas, responses, links or other materials (‘Content’) that are defamatory, disparaging, obscene, derogatory, infringing, threatening or offensive; and
– to be responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site is consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are entirely responsible for any Content you submit to the Site. By making Content available via the Site, you represent and warrant that:
– our use of the Content will not infringe the rights of any third party;
– the Content does not contain any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses or other harmful or destructive content or malicious software (or links to malicious software).

You grant to us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable and transferable licence to collect, use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, communicate and publish your Content.

We reserve the right to prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with any part of these terms and conditions or any applicable law.

The Site and all content within the Site is owned and operated by us and/or our licensors. We and our licensors reserve all rights in relation to the Site. These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland in the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
